What Happens Now?

1.  Get in touch and book a FREE Inquiry Consultation

You head over to the Contact Page and ask to book an inquiry consultation with me. I'll email or call back within 1-2 days to book you in for a phone or video call.

2.  During the Inquiry Consultation

We'll have a chance to get to know each other better - you tell me what about yourself and your business or organisation, specifically:

  • Your Purpose - what you do and how you do it

  • Your Passion - why you love doing what you do

  • Your Potential - what your vision, goals and plans are.

You'll also get to ask me about the design process and any other questions you have. We'll discuss what your needs are and how design can meet those needs, as well as the specific design deliverables you will need to help you nail your goals.

Afterwards, I'll send you a quote for the design work and when you agree to it, we get the ball rolling!

3.  We get the process moving

First I'll send you a copy of our Client-Designer Contract. This will protect us both and provide clarity about all the designs you will receive, how much it will be and how to pay, when the deadlines are, as well as details about copyright, revisions etc. I'll also send you a copy of the deposit invoice (which is 50% of the total). The contract needs to be signed and the deposit paid before any design work can begin.

Once that is done, we can book the Branding and Identity Discovery meeting - with most of my clients, we find it really helpful to do this over a video call, but we can also do it over the phone. I'll set up a Pinterest Board where you can post your ideas, inspiration and style so that we can discuss aesthetics you love during the meeting.

The Branding & Identity Discover Meeting involves:

Detailed look at where you are right now

Its always good to know where you are starting from: a little audit to examine your current position will give a clear picture about what resources you have available, your current capacity, what your strengths and wins are, as well as your weakness and problems that need solving. The more honest you are, the better prepared you will be.

Thinking about where you want to be

This is the fun part where you're encouraged to think big. What are your hopes, dreams and aspirations? What is your vision for your business? Where do you want to be in 5 years and what do you want to be doing?

What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail? Ignore the voice that say you can't and for a bit, indulge the voices that say you can!

Figuring out what you need to get there

When you have the big picture goal you want to aspire to, you can break that down into smaller milestones to guide you along the way. We work out a plan to get you to each milestone, and figure out what graphic design elements you need to equip yourself for that journey. This state of planning normally involves looking at your business plan and analysing your target audience to make sure your brand strategy is appropriate for who you want to reach and what you want to communicate. That's how we can ensure we craft a visual identity that will help you succeed.

Defining the identity & design resources you need

We take all the information and research from the previous stage and start creating a brainstorming ideas that represent your personality and identity as visible, tangible images and designs that will become your visual identity. You can share ideas about iconography, colours and we'll talk through your Pinterest posts so that I can get a good idea of the styles you like and over all feel you'd like your brand to have.

Lets create the design elements your business needs to succeed | Corette Cornelia Design Logo Branding Identity Designer in Bristol

3.  Concepts are created, shared and reviewed

I'll take all the information & ideas we discussed and formulate a creative concepts of what your visual identity could look like. This process can vary from client to client - depending on how well formulated your ideas are or whether or not we are revising an existing visual brand or logo. I share these mood-boards and concepts with you and you share your thoughts and feelings about them - either through email or over a video or phone call.

4. Design Full Steam Ahead

Once we have clarified the creative direction we want to take, I can create the perfect brand identity for you. Depending on the specific deliverable you have chosen, this may be done in all in one go if you just need a visual brand and logo, or if you have chosen a bigger package with extensive assets, we will do this in stages.  I share what I create and design with you so you stay well informed on how your visual brand is coming together.

5.  Final Delivery

After you give final approval of your deliverable, I send you the final invoice, and once that is paid I will share all of your design assets with you in the necessary high quality format and with the appropriate variations to ensure you are fully equipped and ready to conquer the world.

Congratulations - you are now the owner of a gorgeous visual brand!
